Impact100 Sonoma is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, each member of whom is responsible for a particular aspect and function of operation. About Our President

Debbe Noto

Debbe brings 30+ years in the banking industry to Impact100Sonoma, including experience in operations, relationship management, sales, marketing, and communications. In 2009, she and her husband bought a second home in Sonoma and fell in love with the community. In 2016, Debbe retired and they moved into their newly built home in a neighborhood where several Impact100 Sonoma members live. Debbe joined in 2017 and knows this is where she wants to dedicate her time and energy. In her free time, Debbe loves to read and travel with her husband and is slowly learning to speak Spanish.
