Impact100 Sonoma seeks an Assistant Treasurer to help steward the fiscal health of our growing organization. Serve on the Impact100 Sonoma Board of Directors and work closely with our current Treasurer to support all aspects of financial operations and reporting, with an expectation of transitioning into the Treasurer position in mid-2026, when her term expires.

Help oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting, manage bank and investment accounts, support annual budgeting, track membership contributions, process payments and reimbursements, coordinate with our CPA on required tax filings, and ensure proper maintenance of financial controls and policies. Play an important role in managing contracts, insurance, and grant payments approved by the membership.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in nonprofit or small to mid-size business finance who wants to serve a mission-driven organization and gain meaningful, board-level leadership experience. The role requires a greater time commitment during peak membership season (fall through early January), with a lighter workload during the remainder of the year.
