MEMBER FAQWho are the members of Impact100 Sonoma? Impact100 Sonoma is open to all women age 18 or older who live in, or who wish to support, the Sonoma Valley community. Each $1,200 annual donation provides membership for one year’s grant cycle. Is my donation to Impact100 Sonoma tax-deductible? If I contribute more than
$1,200, do I get more than one vote? No. Our founding principle is “one woman, one vote.” Additional donations are an essential part of helping to strengthen our organization today and sustain it for the future. What is required of a member? Once you join, your level of involvement is entirely up to you. You can simply join and cast your vote for the annual grant recipients, or you can become actively involved by serving on a Grant Review Committee, a standing committee, or our board of directors. Ours is a no-guilt organization! Every membership dollar is equal in serving our community. Once I join, how long is my membership in Impact100 Sonoma? How does Impact100 Sonoma stay in touch with members? My employer matches funds
for charitable donations. Can I give $600 and have my employer match it to make
my total $1,200 donation? Yes. Businesses or employers can contribute in any amount to an employee’s membership in Impact100 Sonoma. We also appreciate matching funds from employers and use those donations to help offset essential operating costs. Can I charge my membership on a credit card? How can I join Impact100 Sonoma if I can't make the $1,200 contribution? How can I support Impact100 Sonoma if I don't become a member? You can become a Friend of Impact100 Sonoma and play a very important role in our organization. All Friend donations are tax-deductible. While it does not provide you with voting rights, your Friend donation can be designated to go toward the grants pool or support operations. You can donate HERE.
