  The U.S. blood supply is the lowest it’s been in more than 20 years. You can help! On Friday, April 25, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we will again team up with the American Red Cross for a blood drive at the Sonoma Community Center, Room 110. It's easy to make a donation appointment or encourage someone else to participate. Each pint of blood can help save up to three lives—and touch the lives of so many more.

  More than half of the people employed in Sonoma Valley can’t afford to live decently here, we have the most over-crowded homes in Sonoma County, and hundreds of residents live in squalid conditions. Project Director Caitlin Cornwall and Assistant Project Director Maria Membrila from the Sonoma Valley Collaborative—a cross-sector forum of community leaders—will explain the depth of the crisis, how we got here, why it’s crucial to change our housing situation, and what it will take to do so.
