The NextGen Program was created to give the next generation of women—particularly those who may not have the financial resources—an opportunity to become Impact100 Sonoma members and engage with the community through service and responsible stewardship. The program aims to empower young women to be allied ambassadors for a generation dedicated to giving and serving Sonoma Valley, and beyond.

If you are between the ages of 21 and 39 and are looking to further your professional career or have an interest in philanthropy or civic involvement, the NextGen Program may be of interest.

NextGen Members will:

  • Enjoy full membership benefits for two years including the opportunity to learn about the grant-making process and to cast a vote for grant recipients
  • Learn about the work being done by Sonoma Valley nonprofits and the issues they face
  • Network with and be mentored by a diverse group of women committed to philanthropy and community service
