nExtgen members

NextGen consists of all Impact members who self-identify as 45 and younger, either self-funded or sponsored. NextGen members bring their voices and leadership to all parts of Impact - the Grants & Financial Review Committees, Communication, Membership, the Equity Team, and also serve on the Board of Directors.

This group of NextGen Leaders is committing their time to the development of Impact as an organization, will be actively working to increase our membership amongst younger women through engaging social and networking opportunities, and will be exploring ways we can innovate with a DEI focus in our mission of a thriving Sonoma Valley.
